Fulfilling the Potential of Women in Academic Engineering
AfriteQ Academy invited me to serve as a speaker alongside three amazing academic professionals in a webinar targeted at women interested in pursuing academia. We discussed the routes and key skills required for a woman to excel in the academic path as well as gender schemas and the roles of colleges/universities in encouraging more women to pursue careers in academia.
